The environmental mantra of “Reduce, Reuse, Recycle” is a great one for cutting down on the waste you create in your life, but it can have its downside if you aren’t careful. You can hit the reuse part of the rule too hard, and have more of a mess in your home than you can deal with. You have to make sure that the things you’re saving for reuse really will be reused. Otherwise it makes more sense to just get rid of them.
You could just be aware of good deals. Many times you can find brand name merchandise in good condition at a Dallas thrift store. Why would you pay full price if you can get it just a little later at the thrift store for a few dollars?

2) Underwear. I can’t count the number of times I have seen ladies buying used undergarments. Never buy undergarments second hand, even if you plan on bleaching them. It’s just gross. Stores like Ross or TJ Max sell undergarments at a discounted price. You can find panties for .99 cents, and bra’s for less then a few dollars at discount store.
Start the no-sew ballerina costume for little girls with materials you have on hand. If you do not have these basic clothing items for little girls, they can be purchased inexpensively.
This guy wasn’t a hoarder by any means, nor would I call him materialistic judging from what he owned, but in the bigger picture, I just realized how much is spent on buying things that serve little purpose, and how many hours of a life is traded to work at a job in order to get the money to buy such things.
What about baby’s first birthday? Cake will easily be $40, and decorations including balloons -$30. Are you going to have food with the cake. If you do, choose your meal plan and figure the cost. Remember ice cream and potato chips with the cake for around $15. Most importantly, gifts. You need to figure the cost of gifts for the birthday baby! Then the year is over. Enjoy your baby, they aren’t babies for long.
