The electric bike kit is a conversion equipment with battery powered electric motor that is used to convert a bicycle to an electric. The battery is rechargeable by simply plugging to the main electricity supply. Riding an electric bicycle is simple. You keep peddling until the electric motor kicks in. Then enjoy a stress free ride.
Most of the latest electric cars can do about 85 miles an hour. But, for a range of only about 90 miles and an eight-hour recharge. One lap at the Isle of Man TT and an electric bike is flat! How could you watch that? How could you even justify the action of pulling on a pair of leather motorcycle gloves to do that? The sight of a racing bike leaning into a sweeper without the characteristic sound of accelerating internal combustion power is completely incomprehensible. Sacrilege even! No, only when something better is invented, is it time to develop serious bikes and cars.
But you’re asking why mention gas with bicycles? In the past, at least in the United States, gas prices were never a concern. Up until 2006 or so, Americans were able to buy gas for under $2.00 per gallon. That’s practically nothing! Two years later, it’s a different story.
Look for loose change or money around the house. I recently found $25.00 in change lying around. Check in all drawers, mattresses, boxes, especially under recliners.
For me this is a major part as I now use my EZip Trailz for everyday commuting. I calculated that in only 5 months I had the bike paid with the money I saved by buying less gas to our car. Ok, I did not add the cost for the battery charging in this, but anyway it has made some major savings in our family. Actually I recharge the battery at work whenever it is possible.
Personally, I believe that in these times of recession, one ought to prefer buying an bicicleta elétrica 1000w fat mountain pneu largo 4.0 fat conversion kit rather than opting for a brand new electric bicycle. This decision has many disadvantages. One of them is that, this conversion kit is very cheap. Instead of spending a huge amount of money on an electric bicycle, I would simply convert my bicycle to an electric one. I don’t need fuel to power my bike. When it runs down I recharge and ride on.
Your conversion kit can only be put to optimum use if it matches the features of your old bike exactly. For instance, if your old bike has aluminum fork and you have bought a front wheel drive kit with a powerful motor of 350 watts and above, the kit will be of no use. The motor is going to be too powerful for the aluminum fork which will break or bend easily.
